Our Privacy Commitment
As part of our commitment to your privacy, Bliss Direct, Inc. (including its Affiliates, as defined below, "Bliss") and Bliss brands support and adhere to the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association's "Privacy Promise to American Consumers." We (1) provide customers with notice of their ability to opt out of information rental and sale exchange with other marketers, (2) honor customer requests not to share their information with other marketers and (3) honor customer requests not to receive mail, telephone or other solicitations from Bliss. For purposes hereof, an Affiliate is an entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with the entity in question.
What Information Is Collected?
In general, you can visit many of our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. For each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We may track the Internet domain address from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but individual users will remain anonymous, unless you voluntarily tell us who you are.
There may be times (such as when you purchase or order a product, subscribe to a service, register to receive catalogs, register your warranty with one of our products, or participate in contests, or promotions, etc.) at which we ask you to provide certain information about yourself such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, birth date, gender, occupation, personal interests, etc. We also maintain a record of your online product purchases. Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide this information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services, warranty service, offers and content on our website.
Using Information About You
Your personally identifiable information is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing tends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about Bliss brands. To serve you better, we may combine information you give us online, in our spas or through our catalogs.
If you supply us with your postal address, you will receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. We may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services including credit card processing, spa service booking, shipping, data management, product fulfillment, warranty service, promotional services, etc. We call them our Service Providers, which may be located in the United States or other countries. We provide our Service Providers with the information needed for them to perform these services. We also ask our service providers to confirm that their privacy practices are consistent with ours.
In the course of processing your information, it may be necessary to disclose or transfer your personal information to one or more of our Affiliates or to others, in the event of the following circumstances: if Bliss is merged with or acquired by another company; to comply with legal or regulatory requirements or obligations in accordance with applicable law or court order; or in case of emergency, such as to safeguard the life, health, or property of an individual.
By providing your personal information to Bliss, you authorize Bliss and its Affiliates: to collect, process and use your personal information for lawful, Bliss business-related purposes; to store your personal information at and transmit it to various locations throughout the world, either directly or through our third party vendors, within the United States, your country of residence, if other than the United States, or elsewhere.

Credit Card Information
We will not charge your credit card at the time of reservation or order placement. At the time of reservation or order placement, we will authorize your card to ensure that the funds are available. This is not a charge to your credit card, however, these funds will be reserved for this transaction. For spa reservations, your credit card information is only required at the time of reservation to guarantee your booking and subject to the terms and conditions provided by the spa where you book your service. For product purchases, your credit card will be charged upon the shipment of the product.
